2-7-4 WPA RADIUS WPA Radius is the combination of WPA encryption method and RADIUS user authentication. If you have a RADIUS authentication server, you can check the identify of every wireless client by user database. When you select 'WPA RADIUS' as encryption type, the following messages will be displayed: Here are descriptions of every setup item: WPA Unicast Cipher Suite Use internal MD5 RADIUS Server RADIUS Server IP address RADIUS Server Port RADIUS Server Password You can select WPA encryption type here. AES is safer than TKIP, but not every wireless client supports it. Please refer to the specification of your wireless client to decide which encryption type you should use. Uses built-in RADIUS Server (refer to Section 2-8) instead of external RADIUS server. If you check this box, the value in following three fields will be ignored. Please input the IP address of RADIUS authentication server here. Please input the port number of RADIUS authentication server here. Default value is 1812. Please input the password of RADIUS authentication server here. After you finish with setting, please click 'Apply', and the following message will be displayed: 55
