BAKE Use the Bake setting for cakes, breads and many other foods you would normally bake that take longer than 20 minutes in a conventional oven and are not included in Basic Cook on pages 20-23. Bake is a preprogrammed setting that makes it easy to bake with high speed air circulation at 325˚F. The baking time is 25% to 33% less than in a conventional oven. No preheat is necessary.
