Solutions to Common Problems ENTIRECOOKTOPDOESNOTOPE_TE Ill Cooktop controls are locked. Set the cooktop controls to unlock the Cooktop (see page 23 for further instructions). • House fuse has blown or circuit breaker has tripped. Check/reset breaker or replace fuse. If the problem is a circuit overload, have this situation corrected by a qualified electrician. Service wiring not complete. Contact installation agent or dealer. Power outage. Check house lights to be sure. Call local electric company. COOKTOPTURNSOFFWHILECOOKING The automatic shut-off feature will turn all of the Cooking Zones and the entire Cooktop OFF after any Cooking Zone has been in continuous use for 12 hours. , Cooktop internal heat sensor has detected high temperatures inside the appliance, Be sure the appliance vent holes are not blocked, (Refer to the Installation Instructions supplied with the cooktop for more detailed cooktop installation information).
