3. You may be able to resume activity by cancelling the current operation (if you're working in DOS). Try pressing Ctrl C or Ctrl B. 4. Try pressing NumLock. Password Problems If you set a password using the Setup program, you must enter it at the times you selected in Setup: either whenever you start or reset the computer or whenever you start the Setup program. If you have trouble using your password, try the following: 1. If you type the password and then see an X, type it again and press Enter. If you type it wrong three times, the computer locks up. Press Ctrl Alt Delete to reset the computer and try again. 2. If you know the current password but you want to change it, see Chapter 5 for instructions. 3.
