months. For print quality, a variable amount of ink remains in the cartridge after the "Replace Print Pack" indicator comes on. You may be able to print more photos with a PictureMate Photo Cartridge than the number of sheets of photo paper in your PictureMate Print Pack. In this case the cartridge monitor indicates the cartridge can still be used. You can continue printing with paper from another PictureMate Print Pack or Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy in the 4 × 6 borderless size which is available from many resellers or Epsonstore.com. There are other photo papers available but most are not formulated to be fully compatible with the PictureMate Photo Cartridge. Using other papers may result in poor color reproduction, print quality problems or more fading. Both a PictureMate Photo Cartridge and some PictureMate Photo Paper were included in the box with your PictureMate printer. The included cartridge contains enough ink to allow borderless, color printing of about the number of included paper sheets. The other comments above also apply to the cartridge and paper included in the printer box. PictureMate Print Pack Satisfaction Guarantee If you are dissatisfied because you receive fewer prints than the number of sheets of paper stated on your PictureMate Print Pack, you can return the remaining sheets of paper with the dated sales receipt and UPC code from the PictureMate Print Pack packaging within one year of purchase and Epson will give you a pro-rated refund for the number of sheets returned, plus a maximum of $1.10 for postage. The amount of the refund depends on the number of sheets stated on your Print Pack and the Print Pack's suggested retail price. For example, if you purchased a 150-sheet Print Pack of glossy photo paper with a suggested retail price of $39.99, Epson will refund 27 cents per sheet returned ($39.99 divided by 150 sheets equals 27 cents per sheet). This Satisfaction Guarantee is a prorated refund that covers only end-user claims in the U.S. and Canada. It does not cover use of any non-Epson ink or paper, commercial use of the printer, or paper consumed by proofs or printing errors. This Satisfaction Guarantee also applies to the PictureMate Photo Cartridge and PictureMate Photo Paper which were included in the box with your PictureMate printer, if you are dissatisfied because you receive fewer prints with the cartridge than the number of sheets included. The per-sheet refund in that case is 27 cents.
