About Crestron RoomView® Using the tools window The following window will be displayed if the Tools tab is clicked in the operation window. This window is used to change the settings in the projector that is currently connected. A Crestron Control Makes settings for Crestron® central controllers. B Projector The following items can be set. Item Projector Name Function Enter a name to differentiate the projector that is currently connected from other projectors on the network. (The name can contain up to 15 single-byte alphanumeric characters.) 139 Item Location Assigned To DHCP IP Address Subnet Mask Default Gateway Send Function Enter an installation location name for the projector that is currently connected on the network. (The name can contain up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric characters and symbols.) Enter a user name for the projector. (The name can contain up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric characters and symbols.) Select the Enabled check box to use DHCP. You cannot set static IP addresses if DHCP is enabled. Enter the IP address to assign to the currently connected projector. Enter a subnet mask for the projector that is currently connected on the network. Enter the gateway address for the currently connected projector. Click this button to commit changes made to the Projector.

Using the tools window

Crestron Control
Makes settings for Crestron® central controllers.

Projector
The following items can be set.
Item
Function
Projector Name
Enter a name to differentiate the projector that is
currently connected from other projectors on
the network. (The name can contain up to 15
single-byte alphanumeric characters.)
Location
Enter an installation location name for the
projector that is currently connected on the
network. (The name can contain up to 32
single-byte alphanumeric characters and
symbols.)
Assigned To
Enter a user name for the projector. (The name
can contain up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric
characters and symbols.)
DHCP
Select the
Enabled
check box to use DHCP. You
cannot set static IP addresses if DHCP is enabled.
IP Address
Enter the IP address to assign to the currently
connected projector.
Subnet Mask
Enter a subnet mask for the projector that is
currently connected on the network.
Default Gateway
Enter the gateway address for the currently
connected projector.
Send
Click this button to commit changes made to the
Projector
.
