PriorityFax 1000 M anual While holding down the DIAL TONE RESET button, enter a telephone number using the keypad. If you are using an international access code, press REDIAL after the code and before the rest of the number. Also, if your telephone system requires a code such as 9 before a telephone number, press REDIAL after the code. Pressing REDIAL inserts a pause in the dialing. You may enter a maximum of 16 digits (15 if tone is selected) for each one touch number. (A pause counts as one digit.) Press Ml. Release the DIAL TONE RESET button. The number you entered is now stored and can be dialed with the Ml button. Write down an identification next to Ml on the Memory Index label on the telephone cradle. Repeat the above steps to create two more one-touch fax numbers. After you have registered the one-touch numbers, you can send a fax to any of those numbers in just four steps: Insert the document face down in the feeder. Lift up the handset and wait for a dial tone. Press the button for the one-touch fax number you want to use M 1 , M 2 , o r M 3 - and listen for the fax tone.
