This manual explains al l the features and functions of your new FENDER/SQUIER SKX ampl ifier, please read this manual careful ly so you understand the capabi l ities of this model. WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK HAZARD, DO NOT EXPOSE THIS APPLIANCE TO RAIN OR MOISTURE. I MPORTANT To reduce the possibi l ity of AC current leakage, this ampl ifier is provided with a grounded type power supply cord (100 VOLT and 120 VOLT units only). Be sure to connect to a grounded receptacle. Operation from an ungrounded (2 grounded) receptacle requires a "3 to 2" contact grounding type adapter. The adapter's grounding lead must be connected to a good earth ground. Reversing the power cord plug in a two conductor receptacle may reduce power l ine hum and noise levels. ALL FENDER/SQUIER SKX ampl ifiers are bui lt to Fender's demanding qual ity standards using special-design parts for optimum performance. For best results, replace with Fender original equipment parts only.
