TROUBLESHOOTING If there appears to be a problem with your FENDER/SQUIER SKX ampl ifier contact your local FENDER or SQUIER Authorized Dealer. The detai ls of the "3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY" are outl ined on the included Warranty Registration Card, please read this card careful ly and fi l l out the appropriate information and return to Fender. If your ampl ifier is set up but does not function, check the fol lowing items before cal l ing your FENDER/SQUIER Dealer: 1. Is the ampl ifier power cord properly plugged into an electrical outlet? 2. Is there AC power to the outlet? Test the outlet with another device. 3. Is the speaker properly connected to the ampl ifier? 4. Are al l the control knobs turned up past 4? 5. Is the volume control on your instrument turned up? 6. Is your instrument properly connected to the ampl ifier? 7. Is the cord used to connect the instrument to the ampl ifier in good condition? 8. If you are using effects (distortion box, stereo chorus pedal, etc.) remove al l these outboard devices and test the ampl ifier using only your instrument and a cord. 9. DO NOT OPEN THE AMPLIFIER, THERE ARE NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE. The exclusive FENDER/SQUIER vinyl covering on your cabinet has been especial ly designed for years of lasting beauty and durabi l ity. A very l igh soapy solution on a sponge may be used to remove dirt and residue that may accumulate in the grain. Be careful not to let any l iquid come into contact with operating surfaces. DO NOT HAVE THE AMPLIFIER PLUGGED INTO A POWER OUTLET WHEN CLEANING. Have any and al l service performed by an Authorized FENDER or SQUIER Dealer or Authorized FENDER/SQUIER Service Center in your area.
