Before Setting Oven Controls This range has a fan that will turn "ON" and "OFF" by itself to keep the electronics cool. It may continue to run after the range has been turned "OFF", but may also stop immediately and then turn "ON" after a while. Oven Vent Location The oven vent is located in the center rear on the cooktop. When the oven is on, warm air passes through the vent. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation in the oven and good baking results. DO NOT BLOCK OVEN VENT. Never close off the openings with aluminum foil or any other material. OVEN VENT Removing and Replacing Oven Racks To remove, pull the rack forward until it stops. Lift up front of rack and slide out. To replace, fit the rack onto the guides on the oven walls. Tilt the front of the rack upward and slide the rack back into place. The hot air must circulate around the pans and cookware in the oven for even heat to reach around the food. 1 Oven Rack Multiple Oven Racks Setting Oven Controls Refer to the Electronic Oven Control Guide for oven settings. 10
