LifeBook notebook right-side panel DC-In Jack Right-Side Panel Components The following is a brief description of your LifeBook notebook's right-side components. Wireless LAN/Bluetooth On/Off Switch The wireless LAN/Bluetooth on/off switch is used to turn on and off the wireless devices. Switching the device off when not in use will help to extend battery life. See "Activating the WLAN Device" on page 138. Headphone/Line-Out Jack The headphone/line-out jack allows you to connect headphones or external speakers. See "Headphone/Line-Out Jack" on page 73. USB 2.0 Ports The USB 2.0 ports allow you to connect Universal SerialBus devices. USB 2.0 transfers data at up to 480 Mbps and is backward-compatible with USB 1.1 devices, which transfer data at up to 12 Mbps.
