To manually connect your device to the StreetPilot 2820: 1. Press the Menu key to open the Menu page. 2. Touch Phone. 3. Touch Yes. 4. Touch the device, and then touch Connect. Using the Hands-Free Phone Features After your mobile phone with Bluetooth technology is paired with the StreetPilot 2820, you can use the StreetPilot 2820 to place and receive phone calls. From the Menu page, touch Phone. Use the Mobile Phone menu to place calls and review your call history. If you are using a headset with Bluetooth technology, you can simply talk into the microphone and listen over the ear piece. Note: You can only use the hands-free features that are supported by your phone. For example, if your phone does not support voice tags, you cannot use Voice Dial. Indicates your phone's battery level and signal strength Using Bluetooth Wireless Technology Hands-free Features Receiving a Call When you receive a call, a window opens displaying the phone number or contact name. Touch Answer to answer the call or Ignore to silence the ringing. Incoming Call Using the In Call Menu While you are on a call, touch the phone icon Call menu. to open the In The In Call menu allows you to hang up, transfer the call to your mobile phone or handset, and switch to an incoming call-waiting call.
