2-6-2 Installing Add-on Card (GC-MSLZ2/PCIE_5/Optional) • Voltages can be present within the server whenever an AC power source is connected. This voltage is present even when the main power switch is in the off position. Ensure that the system is powered-down and all power sources have been disconnected from the server prior to installing a PCI card. Failure to observe these warnings could result in personal injury or damage to equipment. Follow these instructions to install Add-on card: 1. Lift the riser bracket slightly. Attach the interposer card to the riser bracket and secure the card with screws. 2. Insert the PCI card into the selected slot (PCIE_SLOT1) 3. Secure the PCI card with screw. 4. Place the riser bracket with the riser guide connector and push into the selected slot (PCIE_5). 5. Secure the riser bracket in place with screw. 5 3 4 2 1 1 - 27 - Hardware Installation

Follow these instructions to install Add-on card:
1.
Lift the riser bracket slightly. Attach the interposer card to the riser bracket and
secure the card with
screws.
2.
Insert the PCI card into the selected slot (PCIE_SLOT1)

4.
Place the riser bracket with the riser guide connector and push into the selected slot (PCIE_5).
