228 Internet connections Wi-Fi Enhanced Connectivity When you're using an app that needs to connect to the Internet, Droid Incredible 4G LTE by HTC automatically scans for available Wi-Fi networks even if Wi-Fi in the Wireless & networks settings is turned off. Connecting to the Internet using Wi-Fi prevents you from using your subscribed to monthly data allowance while using data applications. § When prompted, tap a Wi-Fi network to connect to, and then tap Connect. If you selected a secured network, you'll be asked to enter the network key or password. § If you don't want to connect to a Wi-Fi network, tap Do not use WiFi but remind me later. Turning off Wi-Fi Enhanced Connectivity 1. Slide the Notifications panel open, and then tap . 2. Tap Wi-Fi. 3. Tap > Advanced, and then select Never auto turn on Wi-Fi.
