Trouble-shooting Answer to question (If trouble appears, please first pull off the power plug, then check it). Followings are not trouble sometimes. Please check again before you send it to repair. If there are real troubles, please call to service department or local dealer . Do not repair it by yourself. Problems Possible causes Solution The machine stops in spinning The top lid is not closed. Close the top lid. The draining function is not working or it's too slow. Is the drain hose put down? Is the drain hose blocked by foreign material? Put down the drain hose. Open and close the top lid once. Clean the foreign material. Open and close the top lid once. The machine does not start. Is power off? Is the power plug loose? Use it when the power is on. Insert the power plug tightly. There's abnormal sound inside Is the machine slanting? Are the laundries slanting in the machine. spinning? Level the machine properly. Re-order the laundries. The water tap leaks. Is the jointer screw of the water Fasten the jointer screw inlet hose is loose or untighted? properly. When spinning ,spin is off and on . Are the laundries put slantingly? Is the machine slanting? Re-order the laundries. Close the top lid . Level the machine in right position. Open and close the top lid once. In the spinning procedure , the machine does not spin . In the process ,drain time is set. Some minutes later spinning begins There may be some water flowing out of the drain hose in the first use of the machine. It is the water remained in the factory inspection of performance.
