How To Adjust The Drive Belt

HOW TO ADJUST THE DRIVE BELT If you can feel the pedals slip while you are pedaling, even when the resistance is adjusted to the highest level, the drive belt may need to be adjusted. To adjust the drive belt, first unplug the power cord. Lift the Latch (50) on the underside of the Left Pedal Arm (13), and then lift the Left Pedal Arm off the left Pedal Arm Sleeve (46). Next, remove the indicated M8 x 25mm Screw (121), Large Axle Cover (113), M8 Washer (95), and Pedal Arm Sleeve (46). Using a flat screwdriver, carefully pry the left Disc (17) off the elliptical. 97 38 13 17 85 50 46 113 121 46 95 Next, loosen the Pivot Screw (97). Tighten the Belt Adjustment Screw (85) until the Drive Belt (38) is tight. When the Drive Belt is tight, tighten the Pivot Screw. When you are finished, reattach the left disc and plug in the power cord. 21

HOW TO ADJUST THE DRIVE BELT
If you can feel the pedals slip while you are pedaling,
even when the resistance is adjusted to the highest
level, the drive belt may need to be adjusted.
To adjust the drive belt, first unplug the power cord.
Lift the Latch (50) on the underside of the Left Pedal
Arm (13), and then lift the Left Pedal Arm off the left
Pedal Arm Sleeve (46).
Next, remove the indicated M8 x 25mm Screw (121),
Large Axle Cover (113), M8 Washer (95), and Pedal
Arm Sleeve (46). Using a flat screwdriver, carefully pry
the left Disc (17) off the elliptical.
Next, loosen the Pivot Screw (97). Tighten the Belt
Adjustment Screw (85) until the Drive Belt (38) is tight.
When the Drive Belt is tight, tighten the Pivot Screw.
When you are finished, reattach the left disc and plug
in the power cord.
