6. Gently slide your finger along the top edge of the keyboard to release the keyboard clips (1). Lift the rear edge of the keyboard (2), and then swing the keyboard up and forward until it rests upside down on the palm rest. 7. Release the ZIF connector (1) by lifting the connector tab to which the keyboard cable is connected, and then disconnect the keyboard cable (2) from the system board. 8. Remove the keyboard (3).
