Figure 3-34 Graphics tab The Graphics tab contains the following controls: ● Resolution ● Color Control ● Halftoning ● Special ● Scaling ● Restore Defaults Resolution Use the Resolution drop-down menu to specify the resolution for printing. Resolution is measured in dots per inch (dpi). The dpi setting for the HP Color LaserJet 3800 printer is 600 dpi. Color Control The Color Control option specifies whether you want the colors in your document to be adjusted before printing so that the printed page more closely matches the colors that you see on your screen. No Image Color Management (faster) is selected by default, and results in a faster print job. If you click Use Image Color Management on the host (slower), the Choose Rendering Intent button becomes available. Click this button to open the Image Color Management dialog box to specify exactly how you want the colors adjusted.
