Communications troubleshooting CAUTION HP network interface support Unless you have experience with the particular network under repair, seek the help of a qualified network professional before changing any network configuration settings. If the printer is configured with an HP network interface card (such as an HP JetDirect product), the Response Center is available to help with any problems. Additional information is available from the HP JetDirect Printer Software Installation Guide (see page 514 for ordering information). Network interface cards are not directly interchangeable. Do not exchange interface cards without understanding and performing the configuration process for each of the exchanged cards and the network.
