HP has made communicating even simpler by providing the HP communication center, a central access point from where you can install and use all your computer's communications features. Your computer's fax capability is provided by Microsoft Fax, which enables you to send and receive documents as faxes, or to send and receive short notes on a fax cover page. You can use one of the predefined fax cover pages provided with the application, or use the Microsoft Cover Page Editor to create your own cover page. Using your computer as an answering machine is easy with Cheyenne Quip. You can make phone calls, screen calls that you receive, and also use it to take voice messages when you are not at your desk, or when you don't want to be disturbed by answering the phone. Windows Messaging can be extended to enable you to communicate with other users using electronic mail (e-mail), sending messages to and receiving messages from your colleagues. If you need to communicate more detailed information, you can attach a document (or documents) to your message before sending it. A single intray serves for all the mail options (MSMail, Internet Mail, etc.). All these features are easy to use and easy to access as they are all managed through a single access point, the Inbox, which you can get to by clicking the Inbox icon ( ) on your desktop. You can also use the WinPhone application for your computer fax and phone features. You can install this application from the Product Recovery CD-ROM.
