Database tables and fields E TABLE 57 Field SNMP_CREDENTIALS (Continued) Definition Format Size WRITE_COMMUNITY_ The SNMP Write-Only Community String is like a varchar 64 STRING password. It is sent along with each SNMP Set-Request and allows (or denies) access to device. The default value is "private". This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv1. USER_NAME A human-readable string representing the name of the varchar 64 user. This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv3. CONTEXT_NAME Text ID associated with the user, used by SNMP agent to varchar 128 provide different views. This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv3. AUTH_PROTOCOL An indication of whether messages sent or received on varchar 16 behalf of this user can be authenticated and if so, which authentication protocol to use. Supported values are: usmNoAuthProtocol usmHMACMD5AuthProtocol usmHMACSHAAuthProtocol This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv3. AUTH_PASSWORD The localized secret key used by the authentication varchar 64 protocol for authenticating messages. This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv3. PRIV_PROTOCOL An indication of whether messages sent or received on varchar 16 behalf of this user can be encrypted and if so, which privacy protocol to use. Supported values are: usmNoPrivProtocol usmDESPrivProtocol This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv3. PRIV_PASSWORD The localized secret key used by the privacy protocol for varchar 64 encrypting and decrypting messages. This is applicable if the agent is configured to operate in SNMPv3. SNMP_INFORMS_ENABL ED Flag to denote whether SNMP informs option is enabled or disabled.
