Output tab features To gain access to the Output tab, follow these steps: 1. click Start. 2. Select Settings. 3. Click Printers (Windows 2000) or Printers and Faxes (Windows XP Professional and Windows Server 2003) or Printers and Other Hardware Devices (Windows XP Home). 4. Right-click the product name. 5. Click Printing Preferences. 6. Click the Output tab. NOTE The Output tab does not appear unless you have output accessories installed and configured on the product. The HP Color LaserJet 4730xs mfp comes standard with the HP 500-Sheet Stapler/Stacker installed. The HP Color LaserJet 4730xm comes standard with the HP 3-Bin Mailbox installed. These output devices are available as optional accessories for the HP Color LaserJet 4730mfp and HP Color LaserJet 4730x mfp models. Use the Output tab to select finishing and output options for a document. The following figure shows the Output tab with the HP 500-Sheet Stapler/Stacker installed and configured on the product.
