3. Press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes. NOTE: After connecting the printer wirelessly, visit 123.hp.com to download and install HP software on your device. Change Wi-Fi settings from EWS Follow these steps: 1. Open the EWS. See Access and use the EWS. 2. Click the Network tab. 3. From the left menu, click the wireless option, and then select any wireless settings. 4. Make the necessary changes, and then click Apply. Change Wi-Fi settings (Windows) Follow these steps: 1. Open the HP printer software. See Use the HP printer software (Windows). 2. Click Tools. 3. Click Device Setup & Software. 4. Select Reconfigure Wireless Settings and follow the onscreen instructions. Connect using Wi-Fi Direct With Wi-Fi Direct, you can directly connect your computer or mobile device to the printer and print wirelessly, without connecting your device to an existing network. Visit hp.com/go/wirelessprinting for more information on Wi-Fi Direct. Take note of the following before you begin. ● Make sure your computer or mobile device has HP software or a compatible software installed. ● The Wi-Fi Direct name and password can be found on the Wi-Fi Direct guide. See Print reports from the printer control panel. ● Wi-Fi Direct cannot be used to connect your computer, mobile device, or printer to the Internet. ● Up to 5 computers and mobile devices can connect to the printer using Wi-Fi Direct connection. Follow these steps: 1. If your printer Wi-Fi Direct was previously turned off, press the Wi-Fi button button for 3 seconds. and the Resume When the feature is on, the Wi-Fi Direct icon should appear on the printer display. 2. Connect using Wi-Fi Direct
With Wi-Fi Direct, you can directly connect your computer or mobile device to the printer and print wirelessly,
without connecting your device to an existing network.

Take note of the following before you begin.
Make sure your computer or mobile device has HP software or a compatible software installed.

Wi-Fi Direct cannot be used to connect your computer, mobile device, or printer to the Internet.
Up to 5 computers and mobile devices can connect to the printer using Wi-Fi Direct connection.
Follow these steps:
1.
If your printer Wi-Fi Direct was previously turned off, press the
Wi-Fi
button
and the Resume
button
for 3 seconds.
When the feature is on, the
Wi-Fi Direct
icon
should appear on the printer display.
2.
On your computer or mobile device, find and select the Wi-Fi Direct name of your printer from the list of Wi-Fi
networks.
