No Yes Replace paper into paper tray and press Resume Button. Upper Paper Guide Assembly or Starwheels Assembly faulty. Does pressure plate rise? Pick Roller Yes Assembly or Pick Separator faulty. No Replace Input Tray Assembly. Replace one part at a time to isolate the problem. STOP
