2 Procedures Perform all the procedures in this chapter, one by one, until the issue is resolved. First transfer Refer below steps for the first transfer. 1. If the press has an ILS, do the following: a. Run the self-calibration wizard. b. Run the first transfer wizard, including validating the first transfer values. c. Bypass the ILS and calibrate the first transfer manually. 2. If the press does not have an ILS, calibrate the first transfer manually. 3. Check for side fog as described in "Checking for side fog on page 1". Increase first transfer pressure Follow the steps below to increase first transfer pressure. 1. Increase the first transfer pressure by 1-2 steps on both sides (front and rear). NOTE: To increase the pressure, decrease the values. For example (see below), if the values are (5,5), increase the pressure by 2 steps by decreasing each value by 2, so that it becomes (3,3). 2. First transfer
Refer below steps for the first transfer.
1.
If the press has an ILS, do the following:
a.
Run the self-calibration wizard.
b.
Run the first transfer wizard, including validating the first transfer values.
c.
Bypass the ILS and calibrate the first transfer manually.
2.
If the press does not have an ILS, calibrate the first transfer manually.
3.
Check for side fog as described in “
Checking for side fog
on page

”.
Increase first transfer pressure
Follow the steps below to increase first transfer pressure.
1.
Increase the first transfer pressure by 1-2 steps on both sides (front and rear).
NOTE:
To increase the pressure, decrease the values.
For example (see below), if the values are (5,5), increase the pressure by 2 steps by decreasing each
value by 2, so that it becomes (3,3).
