Component Procedure ● Clean overflow waste tank. ● Clean the water separator by draining. Utility cabinet ● Check the recycling system. Remove, clean and restart if necessary. ● Clean the UC condenser and damper. ● Check for water condensation in the U.C, wipe and dry the U.C. If needed, perform the procedure in Water contamination troubleshooting (CA393-05510). ● Check the water inlet filter element, and refill the water circuit (replace if needed). ● With the chiller powered down and the press disconnected (main power off), clean the condenser with a blast of compressed air, from inside toward the outside. Chiller ● Clean the housing inside and outside, eliminating dust, especially on the water pump rack. ● Verify that the water temperature indicated on the control thermostat is approximately at the set point at 0.5°C. ● Check the state of the water filter. If the pressure drop exceeds 1 bar (10 psi), change the filter element. ILD ● If ILD is installed, perform full color calibration and check using a CATP that all colors are in target. If not, proceed to TS (if needed perform full ILD calibration). SPM ● If SPM is installed, perform full color calibration and check using a CATP that all colors are in target. If not, proceed to TS. Reset 12M IMP Counter ● Select Print Care Center > Maintenance Explorer > Maintenance > Customer Engineer 12M Imp Maintenance Routine. (Only for HP ● Click Next.
