Check that all substrates are defined correctly. ● Check operation and check version is up to date. ● Check version is up to date. ● Check version is up to date. ● Check version is up to date. ● Clear hard drive (delete temporary and unused files). ● Verify software configuration. ● Create a system Ghost backup. ● Print the CATP job and check the results according to HP Indigo WS6600 Digital Press Installation Manual (CA393-04361) or HP Indigo W7200 Digital Press Installation Manual (CA393-01570). ● Clear the hard drive (delete temporary and unused files) - see HP SmartStream Labels and Packaging Print Server, Powered by Esko Best Practice Guide (CA394-06791). ● Verify software configuration (HP IndigoServe, RIP, and Norton AntiVirus) - see Backing up HP SmartStream Labels and Packaging Print Server, Powered by EskoArtwork User Guide (CA394-07940). ● Create a system Ghost backup - see ML350 Server Backup and Restore using Ghost Image (CA393-04790). ● Check the condition of the E.C filters (CA340-95620 ) (white filters on top of the cabinet). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only if needed. ● Check the condition of the P.S (CA341-12370) (24V, 48V) filters (black filters). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only if needed according to the procedure in document CA393-02580. ● Check the condition of the Amatek filters (CT345-45300). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only if needed according to the procedure in document CA393-05730 - Ametek air filter. ● Check the condition of the air and oil filters (CT341-23810). Clean them with compressed air. Filters
●
Check the condition of the E.C filters (CA340-95620 ) (white filters on top of the cabinet). Clean them
with compressed air. Replace only if needed.

Check the condition of the P.S (CA341-12370) (24V, 48V) filters (black filters). Clean them with
compressed air. Replace only if needed according to the procedure in document CA393-02580.
●
Check the condition of the Amatek filters (CT345-45300). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only
if needed according to the procedure in document CA393-05730 - Ametek air filter.
●
Check the condition of the air and oil filters (CT341-23810). Clean them with compressed air. Replace
only if needed. See “
