2 Procedures CE preventive maintenance tasks for press components are explained below. CE Preventive Maintenance Tasks Refer below for the component and its CE preventive maintenance procedure. Check that all substrates are defined correctly. ● Check operation and check version is up to date. ● Check version is up to date. ● Check version is up to date. ● Check version is up to date. ● Clear hard drive (delete temporary and unused files). ● Verify software configuration. ● Create a system Ghost backup. ● Print the CATP job and check the results according to HP Indigo WS6600 Digital Press Installation Manual (CA393-04361) or HP Indigo W7200 Digital Press Installation Manual (CA393-01570). ● Clear the hard drive (delete temporary and unused files) - see HP SmartStream Labels and Packaging Print Server, Powered by Esko Best Practice Guide (CA394-06791). ● Verify software configuration (HP IndigoServe, RIP, and Norton AntiVirus) - see Backing up HP SmartStream Labels and Packaging Print Server, Powered by EskoArtwork User Guide (CA394-07940). ● Create a system Ghost backup - see ML350 Server Backup and Restore using Ghost Image (CA393-04790). ● Check the condition of the E.C filters (CA340-95620 ) (white filters on top of the cabinet). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only if needed. ● Check the condition of the P.S (CA341-12370) (24V, 48V) filters (black filters). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only if needed according to the procedure in document CA393-02580. ● Check the condition of the Amatek filters (CT345-45300). Clean them with compressed air. Replace only if needed according to the procedure in document CA393-05730 - Ametek air filter. ● Check the condition of the air and oil filters (CT341-23810). Clean them with compressed air.
