Step and Repeat Step and Repeat is a layout method that allows you to print multiple copies of a job side by side across the width of the substrate, if there is room. This method has the following options: ● Steps: the number of copies to print horizontally, across the width of the substrate. ● Step gap: the horizontal gap between copies. ● Repeat gap: the vertical gap between copies. ● Fit Substrate Width: if this option is checked, the number of steps will be set to the maximum that will fit into the substrate width. The Repeats field (the number of rows of copies to be printed) is calculated automatically and cannot be altered directly.
