If one IP address is listed, only one controller is installed in the array OR two controllers are installed, but only one of the controllers is accessible from the host on which the tool is running. This field is interactive: • Click the IP address to access the Storage Management Utility (SMU) of that array. • If a is displayed next to the IP address, the tool cannot fully access the array. ◦ Hover the mouse over the icon to find out more information about the problem. ◦ Click the icon to open a pop-up window and correct the problem.
