To clear a paper jam from input tray 1. Remove the input tray by pulling it all the way out of the printer. 2. Check the input tray area underneath the printer. Removed the jammed paper. 3. Insert the input tray back into the printer. To clear a paper jam from print zone 1. Press (the Power button) to turn off the printer. 2. From the front of the printer, open the cartridge access door. 3. If the print carriage is not obstructed, move the print carriage to the far right of the printer and remove the jammed paper.
