4. Adjust the paper-width guides and the paper-length guide until they touch the edge of the stack of paper. 5. Check the input tray area underneath the printer. If there is paper, remove the paper. 6. Reinsert the input tray into the printer. 7. Pull out the output tray extension. To load an envelope 1. Pull out the input tray completely. 2. If there is other paper in the input tray, remove the paper. 3. Insert the envelopes print-side down in portrait orientation according to the graphic below.
