Replace the staple cartridge in the floor standing finisher (785z+ model only) The following information describes how to clear a paper jam in the floor standing finisher. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assist in clearing the jam. NOTE: Remove all paper from the finisher output bins before separating the finisher from the printer. 1. Press the finisher release button, and then slide the finisher away from the printer. NOTE: When moving the finisher, you do not need to disconnect the data cable. 2. Move the finisher to a position where the finisher rear door is accessible, and then open the finisher rear door. 3. Turn the green wheel to bring the staple cartridge carriage toward you until it reaches its closest position, push down on the staple cartridge tab, and then slide the cartridge out of the finisher. 66 Chapter 3 Supplies, accessories, and parts ENWW
