Array Diagnostic Utility The HP Array Diagnostics Utility is a web-based application that creates a report of all HP storage controllers and disk drives. This report provides vital information to assist in identifying faults or conditions that may require attention. ADU can be accessed from the SmartStart CD or downloaded from the HP website (http://www.hp.com). HP Systems Insight Manager HP SIM is a web-based application that allows system administrators to accomplish normal administrative tasks from any remote location, using a web browser. HP SIM provides device management capabilities that consolidate and integrate management data from HP and third-party devices. IMPORTANT: You must install and use HP SIM to benefit from the Pre-Failure Warranty for processors, SAS and SCSI hard drives, and memory modules. HP Instant Support Enterprise Edition ISEE is a proactive remote monitoring and diagnostic tool to help manage your systems and devices, a feature of HP support.
