PCIe Gen 3 Control (For Select Devices) NOTE: This option is available on Gen8 servers with Intel processors. This option controls the maximum supported speed of individual PCI Express links for embedded devices and for devices installed in PCIe slots. Enabling PCIe Generation 3 Control permits the device to fun at full speed. NOTE: This option works in conjunction with the Maximum PCI Express Speed option. When setting the PCIe Gen 3 Control to Enabled, the Maximum PCI Express Speed option must be set to Maximum Supported. For more information about the Maximum PCI Express Speed option, see "Maximum PCI Express Speed" (page 59). After selecting the embedded device or PCIe slot to configure, the following options are presented: • Enabled (default) • Disabled 58 RBSU menu-driven interface (G7 and later servers)
