Error ID: 60065 - IDS - Unable to fill the Light Cyan secondary tank (timed out) FB10000 Error Message Troubleshooting Light Cyan secondary tank feeding pump or wiring is faulty 1. If the corresponding B&R and its wiring are Ok and the command still does not activate the feeding secondary tank pump, try replacing the secondary tank feeding pump. 2. If after replacing the pump, the error persists, check the Light Cyan ink tubing to the Light Cyan secondary tank. Light Cyan 3 Way-switching valve is faulty 1. Replace the valve if faulty. 2. Light Cyan secondary tank feeding pump or wiring is faulty
1.
If the corresponding B&R and its wiring are Ok and the command still does not activate the feeding secondary tank pump, try replacing
the secondary tank feeding pump.
2.
If after replacing the pump, the error persists, check the Light Cyan ink tubing to the Light Cyan secondary tank.
Light Cyan 3 Way-switching valve is faulty
1.
Replace the valve if faulty.
2.
If the error persists, contact callme@hp for specialist assistance.
