4. Change the EVC mode to AMD Opteron Gen. 3 by selecting Enable EVC for AMD hosts. 5. In this case, for the given ESXi host, it will list a processor baseline supported by StoreOnce VSA. No performance impact on the StoreOnce VSA has been observed with the EVC mode enabled. Before you start deployment NOTE: The StoreOnce VSA software is available as a ZIP file from the Software Depot, or as an ISO image on DVD. Neither file can be used directly to deploy the StoreOnce VSA. 1. Browse to the HP StoreOnce Backup System page on Software Depot at: http://www.hp.com/ go/storeonceqr or http://www.software.hp.com/kiosk. 2. Select the StoreOnceVSA ZIP file appropriate to the StoreOnce VSA and follow the instructions to download it.
