Preparing for Installation Disassembling the Computer Ä CAUTION: Ensure that the power to the computer is off and the AC power cord disconnected to avoid electrical shock or damage to the computer. 1. Turn off the computer and any external devices. 2. Disconnect the AC power cord and any external devices. 3. Unlock the external chassis keylock (if applicable). 4. If necessary, loosen the screws on the computer to remove the access panel or computer cover. 5. Remove the access panel or computer cover and front bezel. Refer to the documentation that came with your computer for model specific instructions on accessing the inside of the computer.  HP accessories are for use in HP computer products. Disassembling the Computer
1.
