Open the hard disk drive slot by lifting the plastic release hook upward and pulling outward on the release lever as shown in Figure 5-41. As you pull outward on the release lever, the hard disk drive bracket will come out of its slot. Note that you should hold the hard disk drive bracket as well as the release lever to avoid dropping the hard disk drive when you remove it.
