5. TROUBLESHOOTING If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by using the checklist below. Any other servicing should be done by an authorized service representative. ! WARNING ! To reduce the risk of personal injury - unplug before cleaning or servicing. PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE Cleaner won't Not firmly plugged in run No voltage in wall plug Blown fuse/tripped breaker Cleaner suction Filter bag full. low Obstruction in nozzle connector, hose or wands. Secondary filter dirty. Power set too low. Nozzle won't pick up Hose not properly connected to cleaner Power nozzle switch "OFF". Low cleaner suction. Blockage in nozzle connector. Brushroll not running. Brushroll brushes worn. POSSIBLE SOLUTION Plug unit in firmly. Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace fuse/reset breaker in home. Replace filter bag. Remove obstruction. Clean filter with water, allow to dry and replace in cleaner. Increase power setting by pushing suction control slide switch toward MAX. Ensure hose is properly connected. Turn switch to "ON" position. See section "Cleaner suction low". Remove blockage. See section "Agitator brush roll won't run". Replace brushes. 6. If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by using the
checklist below.
