MAINTENANCE Troubleshooting schedule Keypad Troubleshooting takes place from the keypad. Keypad Warning indicator flashing. No. 3 in figure (5). The machine does not start Warning indicator lit. No. 3 in figure (5). Possible faults Overload. Temperature deviation. The power trigger and the activate button are pressed at the same time. Possible action The cutting attachment is jamed. Release the cutting attachment. Allow the machine to cool down. Release the power trigger and the machine is active. Service Contact your service agent. Battery and battery charger Troubleshooting the battery and/or the battery charger during charging. LED display Red LED blinking No. 2 in figure (26). Red LED on No. 2 in figure (26). Possible faults The battery is discharged. Temperature deviation. Over voltage. Cell difference too much (1V). Possible action Charge the battery. Use the battery in surroundings where temperatures are between 10 °C and 40 °C. Check that the mains voltage corresponds with that stated on the rating plate on the machine.
