2B. INSTALLATION STEPS (Plastic Dome Version) Important: Before the installation, please make sure the installation environment can at least support 3x weight of the camera. Please follow the steps listed below to install the device. Please refer to Figure 3-1 for reference. Step 3 Adjust the device installation pedestal to the proper position and line up the three screw holes in the device pedestal to the three plastic expansion bolt holes, and then put the three self-tapping screws into the three plastic expansion bolts and fix them firmly. Unscrew the M3×8 cross recessed pan head screw on the pedestal to loosen the metal ring, be aware not to unscrew it fully, at this moment you can adjust the camera lens according to the monitoring area, use the original M3×8 cross recess pan head screw to secure the metal ring after adjusting the location. Aim the three spigots at the slot and rotate the decoration ring bottom up clockwise into the pedestal until you hear it click in place. Figure 2-4 Step 1 Turn the decoration ring clockwise out of the button placement and remove it. Step 2 Take out the installation position map from the accessories bag, and stick it on the installation surface according to the monitoring area. Drill holes on the installation surface according to the hole location of four expansion bolts signed on the position map and then insert four plastic expansion bolts into the holes.
