NS-CNV20 Incident without change to ETA When you are checking turn-by-turn directions on the device and it detects a traffic slow-down or incident that does not change your ETA, the incident displays on your Directions list. A voice alert announces "Traffic ahead. There is no better way to go." To view the type of incident, touch the incident on the Directions list.
