Utilities And Tools Firmware Firmware Update Firmware Recovery Description Utility that allows the updating of the controller's firmware using: • DOS utility for major updates (e.g. major, 2.32.xx to 2.33.xx) or • StorCon for minor updates (e.g. minor, 2.32.xx to 2.32.yz). Utility to recover from corrupted firmware. Actions • Is accessed via DOS utility • Is accessed via the Storage Console during boot up (+) or from within the host OS menu Advanced Setup -> Configure Controller -> Firmware Update Requires that the controller's J4 jumper be placed in the Reset/ Firmware Recovery mode and the use of the DOS-based firmware recovery utility. 4.3 4.3.1 RAID Features RAID Level Support Table 12.
