SECTION 6-TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION 6-TROUBLESHOOTING SYMPTOMS Noisy or dry sound from pivots. Electric actuator fails to lift when button is pressed. FAULTS Needs lubrication. Hand-control or actuator connector loose. Battery low. RED emergency stop button pressed IN. SOLUTION Refer to Lubricating the Lift on page 22. Check the hand control and actuator connections. Re-connect as necessary. Charge batteries. Refer to Charging the Battery on page 13. Rotate RED emergency stop button CLOCKWISE until it pops out. Noisy or dry sound from pivots.
Needs lubrication.

Electric actuator fails to lift when button is
