Note: If the slide mechanism has already been installed, skip this step. Install Coin Slide 1. Remove the access panel from the top of the meter case by unlocking the service lock with the key taped to the front of the coin box. 2. Deposit coins in the coin slide and push the coin slide all the way in. Hold coin slide in extended position and insert through opening in he front of the meter case. 3. From inside the meter case, place the threaded end of the bolt through the center mounting hole in the front of the meter case, Instructions for Changing Vend Price TOOLS NEEDED Medium sized slotted screwdriver * Small slotted Phillips screwdriver Placeall screws and other items removed from coin slide assembly on a cloth so they will not get lost. STEP 1 Remove slide mechanism from meter case (see FUGURE 1). FIGURE 1 STEP2 Remove the coin slide extension from coin slide by removing two mounting screws and spacers (see FIGURE2). 4. While holding the bolt in place, guide the coin slide mechanism onto the threads and into the guide holes in the front of the meter case. (2) Mounting and _ Screws 5. Tighten the bolt as you guide the coin slide mechanism into place. 6. Tighten the bolt using a ratchet and a 5/8-in. socket until the slide mechanism is secure and does not move. COIN BOX ADJUSTMENT Tile tight fit of tile money box isset at tile factory. Customer may loosen fit as desired by loosening the slotted nuts. See FIG.2. FIGURE 2 / Slide Return Spring STEP3 Remove coin slide from coin chute: ,,Unhook and remove the coin slide return spring (see FIGURE 2). Turn coin slide mechanism upside down. Remove coin slide stop by taking out two screws to the chute bottom (see FIGURE 3).
