Settings Input settings Display the screen. On the Home screen, touch as follows: Then, on the screen, touch [Input]. E.g. Input settings screen for DDX418BT Configure the front view camera settings. • ON: Activates the front view camera. Select this to use the front view camera. • OFF (Initial): Select this when no camera is connected. • ON: Displays the picture from the front view camera horizontally reversed. • OFF (Initial): Displays the picture from the front view camera as it is. Configure the rear view camera settings. • ON: Displays the picture from the rear view camera when you shift the gear to the reverse (R) position. - A caution message appears on the screen. To remove the caution message, touch the screen. • OFF (Initial): Select this when no camera is connected. • ON (Initial): Displays the parking guidelines. • OFF: Hides the parking guidelines. Adjust the parking guidelines according to the size of the car, parking space and so on. When adjusting the parking guidelines, make sure to use the parking brake to prevent the car from moving. Select the mark (1), then adjust the position of the selected mark (2). Make sure that A and B are horizontally parallel, and that C and D are the same length. • Touch and hold [Initialize ] for 2 seconds to set all the marks to the initial default position. Change the navigation settings. Select which front speakers are used for the navigation guidance. Adjust the volume (0 to 35) of the navigation guidance. • ON (Initial): Attenuates the sound coming out of speakers other than the front speakers during navigation guidance. • OFF: Cancels the attenuation. Press [Enter] to display the setup screen for the navigation unit. See the instruction manual supplied for the navigation unit. 36 ENGLISH

<Rear Camera>
Configure the rear view camera settings.
<Rear Camera Interruption>
ON
: Displays the picture from the rear view camera
when you shift the gear to the reverse (R) position.
A caution message appears on the screen. To
remove the caution message, touch the screen.
OFF
(Initial): Select this when no camera is
connected.
<Parking Guidelines>
ON
(Initial): Displays the parking guidelines.
OFF
: Hides the parking guidelines.
<Guidelines Setup>
Adjust the parking guidelines according to the size of
the car, parking space and so on.
When adjusting the parking guidelines, make sure to
use the parking brake to prevent the car from moving.
Select the

<Navigation>
Change the navigation settings.
<Guidance>
Select which front speakers are used for the navigation
guidance.
<Volume>
Adjust the volume (0 to 35) of the navigation guidance.
<NAV Mute>
ON
(Initial): Attenuates the sound coming out
of speakers other than the front speakers during
navigation guidance.
OFF
: Cancels the attenuation.
<NAV Setup>
Press
