Connecting Wires to Terminals USB device (commercially available) iPod (commercially available) ⁄ Do not remove the cap when you do not use the USB cable. The connector will cause the unit to malfunction if it gets in touch with any metallic part of the vehicle. For the sake of safety, be sure to connect the parking sensor. ⁄ Connect to the vehicle's parking brake detection switch harness. Connect to the terminal that is grounded when either the telephone rings or during conversation. ⁄ To connect the Kenwood navigation system, consult your navigation manual. To use the steering wheel remote control feature, you need to an exclusive remote adapter (not supplied) matches your car is required.
