44 Convenient CD recording Selection of the convenient CD recording type With this unit, the following edit recording is possible according to the purpose. Note that this cassette deck cannot record onto Metal Note tapes. XD-SERIES (En) Preparation section Recording only desired titles t (CD ONE TRACK RECORD) \ If you want to select the track to be recorded while playing a CD Perform this operation when a track you want to record starts during CD playback. This starts recording of the track from the beginning. Recording of an entire CD y (CD RECORD) \ If you want to record a CD in order of track num- bers Perform the CD RECORD operation while the CD player is in stop mode to start recording. Giving preference to the tape length over the title \ If you want to avoid any tune being interrupted at the end of tape sequence u (CD EDIT) Edit recording of CD is possible by the simple operation of en- tering the recording length of the tape. If you want to record only the desired tracks \ Recording the programmed titles i (CD PGM RECORD) Program the desired tracks from up to 3 CD discs in the desired order and record the programmed playback onto tape.
