2. Cleaning Dust and dirt impair performance of any optical equipment. Keep the microfilmer clean at all times. Especially with DAR2800 which can feed documents automatically, dirt on the Document Take-Up and Transport Rollers can result in poor feeding performance. Clean these parts at regular intervals. OFiIm Unit Wipe clean of dirt the interior of Take-Up and Supply Rooms and the Lens. After a roll of film has been removed from the Unit, always close the Doors in position and face the Lens downward for storage. OMachine • DR1600 Use synthetic detergent or alcohol to remove dirt off the Copy Board. • DAR2800 Wipe clean of dirt the front and back sides of the Document Pressure Glass with a soft cloth dampened with water. Use alcohol to clean the Rollers and Rolls. Clean them once in about 50,000 filming cycles. //- 41
