Using License Install Utility 3 3.7 License Management Settings The licenses of registered active token certificates can be managed. Licenses can be issued, then functions on a device can be enabled (function enabling) with a simple series of operations. Depending on the device status and the network environment, it may be possible to only issue a license or only enable functions.
